Description / Specs / Features:

The Bugaboo Frog Stroller is a stroller chassis that can be equipped with a bassinet, stroller seat (both included) or a Graco SnugRide 22 infant car seat (adaptor and car seat sold separately).  The stroller is designed for a baby from birth up to 37.5 lbs.  The bassinet / padded seat can be configured forward or rear facing, and rear-facing using the infant car seat carrier.  The advantage of stroller bassinet and infant car seat compatibility is that they can “click” lock into the stroller frame and be moved from stroller to nursery or vehicle (infant car seat only in vehicle) without disturbing your baby.

  • Child capacity: 1
  • Child age / weight: birth up to 37.5 lbs.
  • Stroller weight: 19 lbs. (chassis, seat, wheels)
  • Includes chassis, seat and bassinet (w/ mattress)
  • Infant car seat compatible with Graco SnugRide 22 (infant car seat and adaptor sold separately)
  • Bassinet compatible (included)
  • 5-point harness
  • Frog-like suspension in small swivel wheels
  • Hand parking brake
  • Wrist tether
  • Reversible handle bar (12” wheels forward for rough terrain or 6” forward for store maneuverability)

  • 2 piece fold

  • Seat has carry handle (chassis to nursery)
  • Seat rain cover and mosquito net
  • Adjustable, removable canopy
  • Machine washable fabric
  • Wheels: 12” air filled; 6” plastic (rear/front reversible)
  • Dimensions (folded w/ wheels): 37.6 “ x 23.6 “ x 11.6 “
  • Dimensions (open): 24”W

Pros:

  • Very Stylish.
  • Bassinet and infant car seat compatibility are very convenient features.
  • Reversible handlebar and seat options are great design features.
  • Generous canopy.

Cons:

  • 2 piece fold is noted as a bit difficult for some users, making viewing the user video very important.
  • Fairly expensive, although bassinet is included.  Cup holder is not included.

my wife and I have seen a lot of people with these, expecially down in the boston area. Great design, designer stroller OK. But $700+ is a lot. It’s funny because when you ask a parent about their Bugaboo stroller to see how they like it, the absolute first thing anyone ever says is…. “IT IS A VERY EXPENSIVE STROLLER” who cares how expensive is it, we want to know how do you like it so that we know if it is worth the money…
