The Symphony65™ car seat can be configured to the changing needs of your growing child, to be rear facing, forward facing, or as a belt positioning booster seat.  It has several advanced features that are not on all car seats.  The first is “Evenflo SureLATCH” technology, which provides two special connectors that hook up to a vehicle’s latch system for quick and proper installation.  The second is “Infant Slide Harness Adjust”, which allows you to readjust the harness as your baby grows without removing and rethreading the straps.  This is a big advantage, since rethreading can be tedious.

Cons:

• When car seat is installed rear facing, the recline handle can be a bit difficult to reach and pull.
• Car seat does not come with harness shoulder pads (for baby’s comfort).

Pros:

• Very affordable and does the job.
• Has a front harness adjust which is nice to have.
• EPS foam in the head area.
• The padding is not plush, but the head and body pillows help.
• The padding is removable and machine washable.

Cons:

• To change the harness height, you have to manually rethread it (this is an affordable car seat, however).
• Fabric is not the most breathable.

• The only difference between Premier and LX is the LATCH connector, and depending on where you purchase, there could be a fairly big price difference. (note: not so much a con, as a consideration when buying)
